Heart of Christmas - Week 16
Hello Everyone,
Well here we are with the last Heart of Christmas 2019 Blog - Hop. I have had a lovely time making these projects for Christmas and I thought I would go out with a bang............. Well a Bon Bon really.
I have used the beautiful Brightly Gleaming Designers Series Paper, which I am please to see is carrying over to the 2020 Holiday Catalogue So if you would like some more of the paper before September 2020 you will have to get in quick before it all goes this year. Well back on track now I have made a lovely Bon Bon with a gift card and it holds 2 Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
I used Night of Navy card for the little gift card and the Shaded Spruce Striped Ribbon to tie off the two ends of the Bon Bon. I think these will make a lovely table treat for Christmas day and you could even use them as name setting at the dinner table, or little gifts for the Children to take to school for the Teacher or even for your work mates.
If you would like to purchase this beautiful paper please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.
Why not head over to Judy's Page here-: to catch up with the other ladies in this Blog - Hop.
Wishing you all a lovely and Safe Christmas Season.
Bye for Now.

Heart of Christmas - Week 15
Hi Everyone,
I have been so busy this week that I really had a rush job on my card, so it's really simple card this week. I have used the Christmastime suite as I really don't think you have to do much with the designer series paper to make a beautiful looking card.
I layered my Merry Merlot card with gold foil sheet and then 2 pieces of the designer paper I placed the ribbon through the area where the join is and then added a bow. I stamped the Merry Christmas in Merry Merlot ink and cut out using the layering ovals mounting the Whisper White on top of the gold foil before adding dimensional to the back to give a little height.
I kept the inside very simple as well with just a sentiment and a row of pine cones.
I know it was a rush job but I was very happy with the result.
With only a few more days to go in this set I will be sad to see it go as I think it is so beautiful.
To see the other Christmas Hoppers please head over to Michele's Page here-:
If you would like to purchase any or all of the product used in this project please give me a Call, email or PM so that I can help you.

Heart of Christmas - Week 14
Hi Everyone, Here we are again with another Christmas project for you all. I must say I am loving all the lovely projects this year, it is very hard to choose a favourite each week. That's great news as it means they are all as good as each other.
This week I have another gifting card, I have seen this done but when I tried it, it was too small :(
So I set about changing this to fit Australian sizes.
Here is my Project-: It's a Cake in a Cup Pouch (with a stand on the back)
I found the packets for the cake in a cup in the local supermarket and I also found the Eco Spoons (Made from Bamboo) there as well. But as I said when I set about making one from measurements I had found online, my cake packet wouldn't fit. So this is my version. I have used the lovely Cup of Christmas Bundle from the 2019 Holiday Catalogue along with the Snowflakes from the Free Skate Bundle then I used my layering circles for my sentiment and some ribbon to finish off the front of the pouches.
But where to write your message I hear you ask. Well I thought of that and came up with this idea.
A writing panel on the back. As you know, as I have said before I hate cards that don't stand on their own. So I have made a stand for the back of the pouch so that it will stand up even with the weight of the packet and spoon. I will have to make a box for this to go into as it wont fit into an envelope, but I was so please with the way they turned out.
All the items used in this project can be found in the 2019 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue. But be quick as time is running out the catalogue ends on the 2nd January 2020.
If you would like to purchase all or any of the items used in this project (Except the Cake packet and spoon) Please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you.
Now head over to Sharon's Page here-: to catch up with the other project in this weeks hop.

Heart of Christmas 2019 - Week 13
Hi Everyone, here we are once again with another week of lovely Christmas projects to share.
This week I have decided to make a Tealight Candle Card and I have actually made 8 of them to give out to the girls I work with. The card holds 3 Tealight Candles and I think it's just a lovely way to give a small gift as well as a card to your workmates. I'm sure you could find plenty of different things to fill it with, like sweets or money or gift card.
I made this card in so many different styles that it's hard to pick a favourite but I must say that I think the one made using Purple Posy and Gorgeous Grape would have to be one of mine. I also made the Poinsettia flower using the Rooted In Nature dies I cut 14 of the small leaves and 2 large leaves and was really pleased at the result.
Here are a few more of the cards. I hope the girls like them when I give them out in about a months time. Except for the Black and white card all the items can be found in the Stampin' Up! Annual 2019 - 2020 Catalogue and the 2019 Holiday Catalogue. If you would like to purchase any of the product from the Holiday catalogue please be aware that this catalogue ends on the 2nd January 2020 so you will have to get in quick. If I can help you with your purchase please give me a call, PM or email so that I can help you.

Heart of Christmas - 2019 Week 12
With only 8 week today until Christmas day I hope you have all started your Christmas Shopping.
This week I have another fancy fold card that I really enjoyed making as I have seen this card done 3 different ways. It's Called a Teepee Card and I love it.
I decided I would use the Toile Tidings DSP for this card so I make one in both colours. I also used the Natures Beauty stamp set and the sentiment tag for the Toile Christmas Bundle along with the Delicata Gold ink. I layered my ovals using 3 in all before attaching it to the front of the card with Dimensionals. I added a Velcro dot to hold the card shape this also allows it to fold flat to send in the post, and popped a few Toile Tiding Enamel dots to finish off the card.
I also added my insert to the inside of the card so that you have somewhere to write your message. I think this is such an easy card to make and it looks really different. I know it's not a new concept but I think its who ever receives it will like it.
All the items used in this project can be found in the 2019-2020 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue and the 2019 Holiday Stampin' Up! Catalogue. If you would like to purchase any or all of these products please give me a call, PM or email so that I can help you with your purchase.

Heart of Christmas 2019 - Week 11
Hi Everyone, here we are a week 11 of the Heart of Christmas 2019. I can't believe we only have another 8 weeks until Christmas Day how scary is that?
This week I am using the Snow Front Stamp set for my card and the design was inspired by a card that I have seen online.
I started with a Garden Green card base and add the Toile Tidings DSP using the layering rectangles I added another layer using the Garden Green and top this off with Very Vanilla I stamped my scene to look like a wooded area near a pond and then added the dear to finish it off. I must say I did enjoy playing with this set and this was my 1st card using.
I mounted my top layers onto dimensionals and added a touch of Wink of Stella to the snow area. Then came the inside of the card not knowing what to do I decided I would use the Making Christmas Bright stamp set from the Annual Catalogue and I kept it rather simple.
All the items used in this project can be found in the 2019-2020 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue or the 2019 Holiday Stampin' Up! Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any or all of these items please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.

Heart of Christmas 2019 - Week 10
Hi Everyone, and welcome to week 10 of the Heart of Christmas 2019. We have had a beautiful projects and lots of inspiration.
This week I have another Fancy Fold card this one is called a Buckle Card and I think it's just a really lovely style of card......I hope you all like it as well.
I started with a Very Vanilla card base and the used Night of Navy and some Gold Foil Sheet. I did this card in a Crafting Afternoon on the weekend of the Bathurst racing and it went down a real treat.
This was not my Idea I have seen this made before but it was in American sizing so I set about changing the measurement and this is my version.
When the card is open you can see the slot used to hold the belt part of the card but closed it is hidden behind the ovals.
The inside of the card has a lovely space to write your message and the whole card lays flat for postage (a bonus) I finished off the front of the card using the Toile Tidings Glitter Enamel Dots in the red and I this they work really well with the card. All the items used in this project can be found the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue and the 2019 - 2020 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to purchase any or all of the items used in this project please give me a call, email or PM me so that I can help you with your purchase.

Heart of Christmas - Week 9
Hello Everyone, and welcome to week 9 of the Heart of Christmas 2019.
I think we are all having so much fun show casing so many lovely items, I for one am getting so much inspiration for my fellow hoppers.
This week I am using the lovely "Wrapped in Plaid" designer paper for my card, and I love the way the gold flecks really stand out. I don't think the picture in the catalogue really does it justice.
I cut out the bells using the gold foil paper and backed them in Shaded Spruce and I gold embossed the Christmas Wishes to finish off the front of the card.
As it is hard to write your message on the inside I have placed a writing panel on the back.
This is such a lovely card and so easy to make my card is 5 x 5 1/2 inches so it's really a great size. I think you could place some Christmas chocolates inside the card or gift voucher/money.
I really enjoy making cards that are a little different and this one fits in that category so well.
All the items used to make this project can be found in the Annual and Holiday Catalogue for 2019 - 2020 if you would like to purchase any or all of the items used here please either give me a call, email or PM me so that I might help you with your purchase.

Heart of Christmas - Week 8
Hi Everyone, I'm back sorry I missed out last few weeks so busy no time for myself. Never mind all good now.
This week I have a lovely elegant card using the Sip Sip Hooray Bundle I did use the Merry Christmas from the Cup of Christmas stamp set and the insert sentiment from the Bells are Ringing set.
This card uses only Very Vanilla and gold foil card along with the gold and vanilla ribbon. I run the top layer through the Big Shot using the Swirls and Curls embossing folder and I used the little bit of background behind the glasses from the Beautiful You stamp set. My ink colours are Sahara Sand Petal Pink and Granny Apple Green along with Memento.
My insert matches the front of the card using the foil and vanilla. This is such a simple card concept but I think it works well. I am holding a stamping day next Sunday with a friend and Mum so I think we will make this one again but use silver foil and Whisper White.
All the items used in this project can be found in the Holiday and Annual Catalogues, if you would like to purchase any or all of these products please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase (Australia Only) Thank you.

Heart of Christmas - 2019 Week 6
Hello everyone,
Sorry I missed last week but I was so busy after arriving home from my holiday only the evening before and didn't have time to prepare anything. But I'm back and this week I have a card with a little difference it's called a Twist and Fold card I saw the style on a YOUTUBE video and thought I want to have a go at this........and here is my card.
I think it might be a little busy with all the extra sprigs but over all I was happy with how it turned out. I used the Toile Tidings DSP for this card and Real Red card stock along with the holly and baubles from the Christmas Gleaming bundle.
it's really is an easy card to make and I have made a few more in this design as well.
I decorated the inside of the card using the same stamp set and made a tag to place into the pocket but a gift card could go in here. What a great idea for that person you never know what to buy.
I left the back of the card with out a sentiment so that I could write my message here. This card will fit into a regular size envelope so there is no extra postage so that makes it cost effective as well.
If you would like to purchase all or any of the items used to make this card please give me a call, email or PM so that I might help you with your purchase. If you would prefer to order online just head over to the Stampin' Up! website and place your order, when asked for your demonstrator type in my name "Diane Furniss" Thank you.

Heart of Christmas 2019 - Week 4
Hi Everyone, here we are with week 4 of our Heart of Christmas 2019.......
We are all having so much fun and making some absolutely fabulous projects, I hope they are inspiring you to create. I know they are for me.
My card this week uses the lovely Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper found on page 42 of the Holiday Catalogue, along with the Free Skate Bundle on Page 44. I have used a Whisper White card base and a Night of Navy layer and stamped in Night of Navy ink.
I also used the Stitched Nested Label dies that I cut down for my sentiment on the front of the card.
I stamped and cut out the skate and then the blade using silver foil sheet. This is such a lovely set even though we don't have a white snowy Christmas here in Australia.
I can see myself using this skate for more than just Christmas, I think that if you know or have someone in your life that skates you could use this stamp for other occasions.
I kept the inside very simple by stamping the snow flakes and sentiment in Night of Navy ink and layering onto a Night of Navy base. If you would like to purchase all or any of the items used in this project please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you. All Item are current in the either the Annual or Holiday catalogues for 2019.

Heart of Christmas - Week 3
This week I have chosen to "Case the Catalogue" my card can be found on page 30 of the Holiday
catalogue. I just loved this card and I love the Brightly Gleaming suite as well.
I started with a whisper white card base and added a Pretty peacock layer before add the beautiful Brightly Gleaming DSP followed by some Gold Foil sheet that I used the Hammered Metal 3D Embossing Folder on. I then added another layer of white before punching out the baubles using the coordinating punches that come with the lovely Christmas Gleaming Stamp set Bundle. I fussy cut the holly leaves and used the sprig punch from the Annual Catalogue to finish off the front of my card.
I kept the inside of the card very simple by just added a pretty peacock layer along with the white layer I then stamped the words and the filigree pattern of finish the inside.
I have used this Bundle so much over the last few weeks that I know it will stay with me for some time. If you would like to purchase all or any of the products used in this project please give me a call, email or PM me so that I can help you with your purchase.

Heart of Christmas - Week 2
Hi Everyone, here we are with week 2 of the beautiful Heart of Christmas 2019 Blog Hop. Wow there were some lovely cards and inspiration last week, I think we all are going to have some more beautiful cards and decorations again with week. My card this week is based on a card Called a "Double Gate Fold Card".
Once you remove the Belly Band and open the card you can see that I have punched out even more of the lovely ornaments and 1 3/4 inch circles to mount everything onto I used the Hammered Metal embossing folder to add texture to the circles and then added the Merry Christmas at the bottom to finish off the inside of the card........Where do you sign the card do I hear you ask? well...........
On the Back of the card I have added 3 Whisper White panels and stamped across the 3 panels before gluing them into place and this is where you write your message.
This card is really stunning and easy to make. All the items used in this project are available from the 4th September 2019 - 2nd January 2020 in the Holiday Catalogue, so if you would like to purchase all or any of these products please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase. HEART OF CHRISTMAS 2019 - Week 1
Hello Everyone, wow has it been a year since the last Heart of Christmas Blog Hop, where has the time gone. But as I love Christmas it's a very special time of year and it makes me happy I was grateful to be able to join in again this year. Thanks to the lovely Claire Daly for organizing this event.
My first project for the year is a very simple one and you will be able to see my YOUTUBE video of this card on the 1st September 2019 when is goes live.
I have used the beautiful "Feels Like Frost" DSP for this project and I think is comes up a treat. these papers are just to die for (Well I think they are). So I have 2 cards one in Purple Posy and Highland Heather and the other in Balmy Blue and Night of Navy. I used the Rhinestones form bother the Annual catalogue and the Holiday Catalogue they are the Pretty peacock and the Holiday rhinestones and they are perfect of this project as they match so well. I also used the layering rectangle dies to make the layers. I stamped my Merry Christmas in Gorgeous Grape and the other using the Shimmer White Embossing Powder I then finished off with the Wink of Stella to give the sparkle to the frost.
I made one of the cards as a top fold and the other as a side fold just to be different and I like both ways. I added a 1 inch piece of DSP on the side and stamped using the Christmas Gleaming stamp set. I layered the inside to match the outside as for me this just set the tone.
All the items used in these projects can be found in both the Annual 2019-2020 Catalogue and the New Holiday Catalogue that goes live on the 4th September 2019 if you would like to purchase all or any of the items used here please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.

Colour Creations - Purple Posy
Hi Everyone, well we are at the end of our Colour Creations Blog-Hop this is very sad as I have really enjoyed the challenge of using every colour that Stampin' Up! have in there range.
And with that said we are using the Purple Posy to finish on. What a beautiful colour it is as pale and delicate. As I don't have a lot of products in this colour only card and ribbon I had a bit of a challenge to make this card but I'm very happy with the result.
I started out with a Gorgeous Grape card base and add then Highland Heather as the 1st layer and stamped tone on tone using the Floral Essence Stamp set. I coloured the centres of the flowers with my Daffodil Delight Blender pen just to make them show up better I then place another layer of card using the Purple Posy over this and add the ribbon at the join mark. I then stamped the flower from the Floral Essence onto another strip of Purple Posy in Versa Mark and Gold Embossed before cutting them into squares again I coloured the centres of the flowers with my blender pen before using both Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather to Aqua paint the rest of the flowers to give them some depth, I mounted them on to Gorgeous Grape square and added dimensionals to the back. To finish off the front I stamped Happy Birthday from the Wonderful Moments Stamp set and flagged the end and glued this under the bow, I added some basic rhinestones to the ribbon and wink of stella to the mount flowers.
Carrying the theme to the inside of the card I stamped the flowers again and Gold Embossed them as well as Aqua painted them I them mounted the Purple Posy on to Highland Heather to match the outside of the card.
All the products used in this project are available in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase all or any of the project used here please give me a Call, Email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.
