Hi Everyone, We are now up to week 10 of the Colour Creations Blog Hop. This week the colour is "Calypso Coral" Mmm not sure how you would describe this colour, sort of a deep peach is my guess. My card this week is rather spiffy as my mum said. It's a really big card and I had to make a box for it to fit into as you can see in the Photo.
It's not my own idea I saw it online. But I thought it was rather nice for a change. The card measures 5 7/8 x 5 7/8 square and as the bow tabs hang over the edge of the card the box is slightly larger. I used Calypso Coral Card stock as well as Very Vanilla and Gold Foil Sheet. The D.S.P. is from the Tea Room Collection and the Stamp set is the beautiful you set.
I used my layering ovals Dies to make the bows and then curled them around on to themselves and layered them on top of each other. I Stamped the lady twice once on the Very Vanilla card and once on the D.S.P. and cut out the dress and hat before gluing them over the stamped image.
I also stamped her again on the insert. I was really pleased with the result of this card and I am thinking of making another one in a Christmas Theme.
I then made the box using the calypso Coral card for the lid along with the same D.S.P. and the base I made from the Very Vanilla. I also made another bow and attached a Tag using the Ribbon from the Tea Times Suite, before finishing off with some basic pearls.
You will find all the items used for this project in the 2018 - 2019 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to purchased any or all of these items please give me a call, I would love to help you.

Colour Creations - Blushing Bride
Hi Everyone, Wow week 7 and the colour this week is Blushing Bride, a beautiful pink colour. I'm sure every girl (Big or Small) will love this pretty pink on their card. I have created a Wedding Card (not that I know anyone getting married) but I just love this stamp set and had to make a it.
This is a Upright Diamond Card: I used Smoky Slate for my base card and the Blushing Bride for the layers which I stamped using the Blushing Bride Ink (Tone on Tone). I stamped the flowers from the Time for Tea Stamp Set. I then layered them onto the card. I stamped my insert using the Wonderful Moments stamp set.
I then glued the stamped oval onto the foil oval before adding dimensionals and placing this on the diamond front panel of the card. I finished off by just adding a small amount of colour to the bride, colouring her flowers and ribbon on her dress with my Blushing Bride Marker. I topped off the card by adding a few basic pearls to the front image.

Before layering it onto some more Blushing Bride and gluing it into place. I then stamped the bride image again on some more whisper white and using the layering ovals I cut out the image for the front of the card. I layered this onto a larger scalloped oval using foil sheet.

Colour Creations - Blackberry Bliss
Hi Everyone,
Blackberry Bliss is the colour for week 5, Wow what a lovely rich colour. I started with the Blackberry Bliss card stock for my card base and add a whisper white mat layer that I embossed using the Tufted Dynamic Impressions Embossing folder.
I then added the Nature's Poem D.S.P. and some foil sheet to the left-hand side of the card front before adding 2 layered squares on top, with my stamped sentiment. I then stamped the leaves and used the framelits to cut them out using my Big Shot.
Placing my sentiment up on dimensionals, I then place the leaves behind. I then stamped the insert to this card using the same leaves.
All of the stamping was done using the Blackberry Bliss Ink and the the Rooted in Nature Bundle.
If you would like to purchase any of these items please contact me so that I can help you.

Colour Creations with Bermuda Bay
Using the Bermuda Bay Card along with gold foil sheet and whisper white I created this card. I used the Big shot to cut out the Celebrate, from the Celebrate You thinlits I also cut the circles from the Layering Circles and Stitched Shapes framelits and the Butterfly from the Springtime Impressions Thinlits.
I sponged the Butterfly with the Bermuda bay ink and added Basic Pearls to the body, then mounted onto the circles using Dimensionals.
I stamped the insert using the Abstract Impressions stamp set.
Thanks for looking, Hugs Diane
