Colour Creations Showcase - Week 4 Blackberry Bliss

https://whatcathymade.com.au/?p=5200

Hello and Welcome to Week 4 of the Colour Creations Showcase. This weeks colour is Blackberry Bliss, we are going through the colours in Alphabetical order over next 50 weeks showcasing all the beautiful colours in the Stampin' Up! range.
This is my card for this week-:

I decided that I wanted to show off the beautiful Embossing folders with Blackberry Bliss and so I have made my card with only 2 main colours and a splash of green for the leave.
I used the Ornate Garden and Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing folders on the Whisper White Card.  I layered them on to the front of the card at an angle, to bring your eye to them. I then added another 2 layers of  circles one scalloped and one plain using the layering circles dies. I didn't emboss these. I then punched out 5 flowers using the Small Bloom punch and shaped the flowers adding the New 2020-2022 In color Enamel dots in Bumble Bee for the centres. I glued the flowers to the circle. I then punch out 2 sprigs in Garden Green using the Sprig punch and die cut 3 leaves from the Forever Blossoms Bundle. I arranged the leave and sprigs and glued them into place.
I finished off the front of the card with a Happy Birthday from the Timeless Tulip stamp set. I then coloured to thin ribbon using my Blackberry Bliss Blender pen and fashioned a bow to place just below the flowers.

My insert I kept very place just stamping a sentiment form the Floral Essence stamp set. All the items used in this project are in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any or all of the products used in this project please give me a call, email or PM alternatively you can place your order online and put my name (Diane Furniss) in as your demonstrator.

Colour Creations Showcase - Week 3 Bermuda Bay

https://whatcathymade.com.au/?p=5155

Hi Everyone, and welcome to week 3 of the Art with Heart Colour Creations Showcase.  As you know we are going through the colours in Alphabetical order so this week we have Bermuda Bay What a lovely colour this is, and I don't use it that much that I only had one full A4 sheet left. Just enough for this project.
I have made 2 card the same but different.

I started by stamping the images from the "A Good Man" and "Beautiful Moments" set onto Whisper White Card making it look like one Picture (well I hope so to everyone else) and then coloured one of the picture using the blender pens and the other using the Water Painter brush and my ink pads. The one on the left is with Blender Pens.
I then layered them onto one of the frames from the Ornate Garden Suite in the Bermuda Bay and then on to Gold and Silver Foil Sheet using another of the frames. before placing them onto the front of a White card base.
I stamped my sentiment from the same set and added this to the bottom.

My insert for my card is a layer of Bermuda Bay and white and the little butterflies and sentiment are from the Beautiful Moments set and coloured using the blender pens.
All the items used in these project can be found in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any of these products or would like more information on them please give me a Call, email or PM. I will be happy to help you.
Why not head over to Catherine's Page here-: so that you can see all the other lovely projects made using this weeks colour "Bermuda Bay"
Thanks You and Bye for Now........Hugs Diane

Colour Creations Showcase - Basic Gray

https://whatcathymade.com.au/?p=5086

Hi Everyone and welcome to week 2 of the Colour Creations Showcase, this week our colour is Basic Gray. Not an easy colour for me to work with but I was pleased with the outcome all the same.

I decided, I would start with a Basic Gray card base and then added a layer of So Saffron followed by another layer in Basic Gray. I stamped the Dandelion using Versa Mark and then added the White Embossing powder and heat set them I then used the So Saffron Blender pens to all so colour to the the dandelions. I think this lifted them I then added my ribbon and bow and mounted the layers onto dimensionals before attaching to the front of the card.
I then stamped my sentiment using the versa mark and embossing powder, before cutting them out using the die's from the so sentimental bundle I then cut out another and cut it in half and place this behind so that it gives a border.

I then layered my insert onto some So Saffron and stamped some more dandelions. All the items used in this project are in the New 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any of the projects used in this project please give me a Call, Email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.

Hi Everyone and Welcome to the 2020-2021 Colour Creations Showcase. Each week we will be showcasing a different colour, we will be doing them in alphabetical order so we are starting with Balmy Blue the first colour for this year. I must admit it is one of the easiest colours to create with as I love this beautiful blue.

I started with a Whisper White card base and added a Balmy Blue Layer that I placed on Dimensionals I then Stamped the next layer which was whisper White using the Balmy Blue ink and the Birch Background stamp (which I please to say is carrying over to the new Catalogue) I then used Old Olive ink and the splotch stamp from the Dressed to Impress stamp set to add some colour to the background. I Stamped the Birds on the branch from the Free As A Bird stamp set (again Happy that is carrying over) and coloured them using my Blender pens, before fussy cutting them out. I stamped the blossom flower from the Forever Blossom bundle along with the leave and used the dies to cut them out after colouring them. Lastly I used the Sprig Punch and the Retiring Perennial Essence Vellum to add a little more.

For the inside of stamped my sentiment and some leaves before adding these to a Balmy Blue layer and gluing to the inside of the card.
All the items used in this project Except the Vellum are available in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any or all of these items I would be please to help you Please give me either a Call, Email or PM so that I can help you with your order.
