Hi Everyone, and welcome to week 3 of the Art with Heart Colour Creations Showcase. As you know we are going through the colours in Alphabetical order so this week we have Bermuda Bay What a lovely colour this is, and I don't use it that much that I only had one full A4 sheet left. Just enough for this project.
I have made 2 card the same but different.
I started by stamping the images from the "A Good Man" and "Beautiful Moments" set onto Whisper White Card making it look like one Picture (well I hope so to everyone else) and then coloured one of the picture using the blender pens and the other using the Water Painter brush and my ink pads. The one on the left is with Blender Pens.
I then layered them onto one of the frames from the Ornate Garden Suite in the Bermuda Bay and then on to Gold and Silver Foil Sheet using another of the frames. before placing them onto the front of a White card base.
I stamped my sentiment from the same set and added this to the bottom.
My insert for my card is a layer of Bermuda Bay and white and the little butterflies and sentiment are from the Beautiful Moments set and coloured using the blender pens.
All the items used in these project can be found in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any of these products or would like more information on them please give me a Call, email or PM. I will be happy to help you.
Why not head over to Catherine's Page here-: so that you can see all the other lovely projects made using this weeks colour "Bermuda Bay"
Thanks You and Bye for Now........Hugs Diane
Great idea! I love making two cards at once after I have come up with an idea!
ReplyDeleteoooh, that's a great way to combine to two stamp sets. Your cards are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job creating a scene with these two stamp sets. If I didn't know, I would have thought it was from the one set. I too love these images, great cards, Di.
ReplyDeleteYour scene does not look like you stamped it from two stamp sets, it looks like one stamp has created a family. You did a great job!
ReplyDeleteWow Dianne - both versions of your card are equally beautiful and I defiantly think you've achieved a seamless look using these two stamp sets. Thank you so much for joining the AWH Colour Creations showcase to provide some Bermuda Bay colour inspiration xx
ReplyDeleteThe ornate frames look so beautiful die-cut in Bermuda Bay, Di. Love the addition of the stamped butterflies to the insides of your lovely cards, too.
ReplyDeleteDiane, I do think that your card looks like a picture. Your colouring is fantastic.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Diane. I love the way you have used different colouring techniques and the combination of the two stamp sets. They go together so well. All your elements work together so well. xxx
ReplyDeleteBoth of your cards are just so lovely, Diane. The colouring on each of them is just gorgeous, and I certainly couldn't pick a favourite because they are both so good. I love both the silver and gold foil too. I must add these stamp sets to my "wish list", they really are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe cards are great, Diane! Love how you combined the two stamp sets - the images pair up very well indeed!
ReplyDeleteI love your cards Diane and how you have framed them. I don't have the stamp set with these images but you have coloured them gorgeously!
