Week 43 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Rich Razzleberry

Hello and Welcome to week 43 of the Colour Creations Blog-Hop, this week our colour is called Rich Razzleberry.  Not one of my favourite colours, but is is a rich burgundy. I decided to pair it with Pear Pizzazz, and as I made this card for my YOUTUBE Channel I wanted them all to tie in with each other.

So I made a 3d Star Card,  this card is looks better than the photography. It does lay flat for posting.

So I started with Rich Razzleberry card and added my Pear Pizzazz layers along with the lovely Perfectly Penciled DSP that I coloured using my Marker pens in Rich Razzleberry and Pear Pizzazz. I teamed this up with the Sending Smiles Bundle and the Deckled Rectangles. I made the front and real panels floating to give it more dimension.

I do hate cards that don't have anywhere for you to write you message. So added the writing panel was a no brainer for me. I finished off the front of the card with a few Iridescent Rhinestones. I do love that it folds flat though. All the items used in this project can by found in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to know more about this project of the items used please feel free to contact me via Email, Phone or PM.

Week 40 Colour Creations Blog-Hop Rich Razzleberry

Hi Everyone and welcome to week 40 of the Colour Creations Blog-Hop. This week we are featuring Rich Razzleberry  not one of my favourite colours, but here is goes. I decided, I wanted to use a bundle that I haven't used in awhile. So I pulled out and dusted off "Dressed to Impress" I really had no idea what I was going to do with it, so this was my challenge. I started with a Rich Razzleberry card base and my only layer is Basic white. I stamped my sentiment using Memento ink in the left top corner. then I decided I would add small strips of card in Petal Pink, Real Red and Rich Razzleberry. I thought I would add the lipstick onto these of I stamped them and coloured them using the matching blends. I angled these onto my strips gluing them flat.
I placed these strips onto the white card and when I was happy with the position I then stamped the corresponding lipstick smudge in front of the strip. I then added this strips on dimensionals. To finish off the front of the card I coloured 3 Basic Pearls with Rich Razzleberry and  added them to the bottom right-hand corner.

My insert again was just a piece of Basic white card. I added another lipstick and smudge at the bottom in Rich Razzleberry and stamped a sentiment. I was happy with the way this card turned out and glad that I set myself a challenge. All the Items used in this project can be found in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to know more about these product or you would to purchase them please feel free to give me a Call, Email or PM so that I can help you.

Week 32 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Old Olive

Hi Everyone, How are we all doing? we are now at week 32 of the Colour Creations Blog-Hop and this week our colur is Old Olive. Just as the name says it's really a lovely Olive Green colour.  As green is my favourite colour I didn't have much trouble coming up with a card this week. I wanted to use one of the new stamp sets from the Jan-June Mini Catalogue and decided on the Eden's Garden set.

I teamed my Old Olive with Rich Razzleberry as I thought they went together pretty well. So I started with an Old Olive card base and added a Rich Razzleberry layer then I layed a piece of the Metallic Mesh Ribbon on I then place a Gold Foil layer over this. Before Stamping my leaves from the Eden's Garden stamp set in Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry. I then used my Blening Brush to add extra colour over the stamped images. Finishing off with my sentiment stamped using Memento ink and then a few Gold Metallic Pearls. I placed Dimensionals of that back of the Gold Fold to give this layer some height.

The inside of my card reflex the outside as I stamped some more leaves and then coloured over them. This is such a lovely set and I know I will get plenty of use out of it. If you would like to purchase this set, which also comes with some beautiful dies in a bundle or any of the other product I have used in this project please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you.

Week 41 - Colour Creations Showcase - Rich Razzleberry

Hello and welcome to week 41 of the Colour Creations showcase, This week our colour is Rich Razzleberry. This is a very rich plum colour and not one of my favourites as I find it hard to work with. But I have managed to come up with a card using the love Artistry Bloom DSP along with Peaceful Moments Bundle and Butterfly Brilliance Bundle.
I made a fun fold card that is called Bi-Fold Shutter Card. I started with the Rich Razzleberry for the base and added a white layer before added the DSP layer, for my insert I turned the layers so that the DSP is under the white layer (easier for writing your message).

I used the DSP to make my poppy from as well as I thought it would add interest to the flower. I added a white ribbon to the bottom of the ovals and then cut out 2 butterflies from silver foil sheet, to finish off the front of the card I added some silver metallic pearls.

My insert as you can see has the DSP behind the white layer I then stamped the tall poppy and coloured using the blends in Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry. All my stamping was also done in Rich Razzleberry. All the items used in this project can be found in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue except the Butterfly Brilliance Bundle with will be in the New Annual Catalogue, but can be purchase now. If you would like to purchase any or all of the products used in this project please give me a call, email or PM me.
