Week 12 Blueberry Bushel - Colour Creations Blog-Hop 2024-25

 

Hello and Welcome, wow here we are at the 1/4 way point. That's gone quick. This week we are featuring Blueberry Bushel. This is a mid blue colour and another colour that I tend to not use to much. I have levitated back towards the Country Flowers bundle and Country Woods DSP. I do really like these and they go together so well.

I used Wild Wheat card for my base and added a Blueberry Bushel layer, before added the Country Wood DSP layers. I had a small cut off of the same paper, turned it over and place this 2/3rd the way down the front. I then stamped and coloured the Stool, Teapot & Flowers from the Country Flower Bundle. Cutting them out and placing them onto the front of the card. I used the Unbounded Love bundle to stamp my sentiment and cut out the frames for it. Finishing off the front of the card with the Incolour Resin Dots.

The inside of my card is a little different. With have both sided decorated. This card is called a Double inside Pocket card. So I started with Blueberry Bushel layers and added the DSP on the right and then folding down the left-hand corners on 2 pieces to make pockets. I then attached these to the left-hand side of the card. I then make 2 small tags to go into the pocket with the same flower on them and a little message of encouragement on them. It a little different but I think you could do this for either male or female. I finished off the inside with a smaller piece of Basic White to write my message onto.
