Hello and Welcome to week 40 of the colour creations Showcase. Our colour this week in Real Red a lovely bright Red that reminds you of Christmas, but as we are closer to Easter than Christmas I wont have a Christmas Card for you nor an Easter Card.
I decided to dig out an older set from the Annual Catalogue that I haven't used in a while.
Pampered Pets, I used the DSP as well as the bundle to create this Birthday Card. I cut my dog and cat from the DSP and used another piece for the windoe of the card. All my stamping is in Real Red ink and all from the same stamp set. I did use the layering squares to create my frame for the DSP.
My insert reflects the front of the card with more dogs and cat cut from the DSP and Real Red layer. I did keep it very simple but I thought it really did let the recipient know what I was trying to say. I have a lot of birthdays coming up in April so I'm sure it will get used for one of them.
If you would like to purchase any or all of the products used in this project, please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase. As these items are all from the 2020-2021 Annual catalogue some of all of these product could be retiring at the beginning of May so please don't wait to long.

Di this is such a cute card and perfect for any animal lover in your life. I love that the inside of your card almost has as much detail as the front of your card - so cute and a lovely surprise for the recipient. Thank you for sharing your Real Red project with us all tonight xx
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet, fun, card Di! I like the window of paw print DSP, and the Real Red accents all look striking against black and white.
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely cute card Diane. Love the enthusiastic expression on the pup's face!
ReplyDeleteI love this set too and Di your card captures the cute animals and paw prints from the DSP in a fun way.
ReplyDeleteLovely use of DSP and the hearts stamped in the background are so cute. Having so much detail on the inside, you are almost getting 2 cards in one!
