Heart of Christmas 2020

Hi Everyone, and welcome to the third Heart of Christmas 2020 Blog Hop. This blog is only run once a month (3rd Monday of each month).

This month I have been playing with the new craze of layering circles and I did mine using designer series paper from the 'Tis the Season 6 x 6 range of papers that can be found in the August - December 2020 Mini Catalogue (Page 31) along with the Poinsettia Petals Bundle from the same catalogue (Page 16). I layered my circle onto a Whisper White layer and then onto a Cherry Cobbler card base.

I didn't use the largest poinsettia petal I used the 2nd and 3rd size and the tiny little one as I wanted to be able to see the layering circles underneath. I then added some of the Wonderful Gems to finish off the front of the card I stamped the lovely Merry Christmas.

My insert I kept fairly plain but I think it suits this card very well. All the Items used in this project can be found in the 2020 - 2021 Annual Catalogue and the August - December 2020 Mini Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any or all of these items please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase. Thank you for taking the time to view my Blog. To see all the other beautiful Christmas Creations in the hop please head over to Judy May's Page here-:

  10. I have been wanting to try this layering circles design for a while, but haven't got around to doing it yet. I think your DSP circles look really effective, and then that gorgeous poinsettia - wow! A really lovely card.

  11. I love how you've added a twist to the layered circles look by twisting it (hehe) on your card! It looks great, and suits the flow of your card. Great choice on the size of the poinsettia.
