Hi Everyone, Welcome to week 42 of the Colour Creations Blog-Hop. We are featuring Smoky Slate this week. This colour is part of the Neutrals Collection and a lovely pale gray colour. I decided I would team it up with Basic Gray, also from the same collection but it's a darker gray.
So I started with a Smoky Slate card base and added a Basic Gray layer I then added a DSP Layer from the Symbols of Fortune paper pack. Using the Soaring Swallows Bundle I stamped the 2 birds using Memento ink onto Smoky Slate card. I then used the Basic Gray to colour the wings. I cut out the birds using the dies. Mounting the birds onto the front of the card using dimensionals along with the sentiment tag. I finished off the front with Basic Rhinestones.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Di. The swallows are just the right size for landing on those branches, and the paper is gorgeous. Lovely card!
