Colour Creations - Mint Macaron

http://whatcathymade.com.au/art-with-heart-colour-creation…/

Hi Everyone, Here we are back with the New Year............So Happy New Year to each and everyone of you.
This year we kick off with a lovely colour one of my favourites as I'm a green person this colour really appeals to me. I saw a Youtube video of a card very much like this but not the same so I went about changing it to fit on a regular card.

I call it the fan card for obvious reasons. I started out with a lovely Mint Macaron card base and then add the first layer using Tranquil Tide. I added another layer at the bottom of the card that I stamped using Mint Macaron Ink on Whisper White card. The stamp set I used was Pop of Petals . I stamped 2 flower from the set and coloured in and punched them out before gluing the 2 together.

I love the way this card came together and it was very easy to do. I think this will make a lovely card for the 1st birthday of the year. I used the tranquil tide ribbon for my bow (retired) .

I have kept the insert very simple as I didn't think much else was needed. All the items except the ribbon can be found in the current 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to purchase any or all of the items used in the project please give me a call, email or PM so that I can help you with your purchase.
I will be added a tutorial for this card on my Facebook page in February 2019 as I already have my January tutorials scheduled.
