Colour Creation - Cajun Craze

Hi Everyone, we are now up to week 8 of the colour creations blog hop. This week the colour is Cajun Craze, a rusty brown colour with very rich tones. The card I have designed this week is called a Criss Cross card, but this card doesn't stand up on it's own. I don't like cards that have to balance on the side so that you can view them, so I designed a stand that is attached to the back of the card. It will lay flat in your envelope for posting.
 I used the "Rooted in Nature" Bundle and "Natures Poem" D.S.P.
I layered my Very Vanilla card onto Cajun Craze card stock of my pull out insert. I also used my layering circles to make the sentiment for the front of the card, and stamped my leaves and cut them out using the dies and big shot.
There is plenty of space on the insert so that if you would like to add a gift card as well a write you messages you can.

Here you can see the stand that I made for the back of the card so that is stands alone. All the items used to make this card are in the 2018 - 2019 Annual Catalogue, if you would like to purchase any or all of these items please give me a call I would love to help you.     This colour is made for Rooted in Nature isn't it Diane? Your card really shows both colour and stamps off to great advantage. That's a clever stand you have at the back too.

      The Stand is very easy to make I will post it on my blog during the week and I will be adding this card tutorial to my Facebook group next Sunday.
