Colour Creations - Merry Merlot

http://whatcathymade.com.au/art-with-heart-colour-creations-blog-hop-week-29-merry-merlot/

Hello Everyone,
Here we are at the last colour creations for the year. This week the colour is Merry Merlot a beautiful red wine colour so rich and warm looking. great for any occasion.
I have chosen to make a 3d project as I needed to finish up my Christmas goodies. So I have made 2 very easy coffee mugs and filled them with sweets for my 2 youngest god Children. Not that they are that young anymore as one will be starting year 9 and the other year 10 in the new year.
I used the Merry Merlot card for the base of the mugs and added the Dashing Along DSP and then the Gold foil for the first letter of their names. I then filled the mugs with sweets and I will make an envelope that looks like a teabag later to put the gift cards into.
These mugs are so easy to make all you need is 1 A4 sheet of card and a very small amount of DSP and of course the Envelope punch board.
This will be the last Colour Creations blog until the 8th of January 2019. So I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Safe New Year. I look forward to catching up with everyone again then.
