Week 18 2023-24 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Coastal Cabana

Hello and Welcome to week 18 of the colour creations Blog-Hop. The colour that we are featuring today is called Coastal Cabana. A Beautiful Greeny-Blue. I really did wonder what shall I do with this colour and then I thought I will use the "It's a Science" Stamp set. So here is my take on this set.

I started my project with a Coastal Cabana Card base and using my Dauber and Coastal Cabana ink pad I edged the main card. I then did the same on my Basic White card. I also used my refill Bottle to drop spots of ink onto the card. I then stamped the atoms all around. I did the same with my Flagged Coastal Cabana piece of card. Using the Circles from the Reach from the Stars Bundle for the feature part of the card front. I then stamped the Microscope and hand cut this out after colouring it.

I think I went a little overboard with my basic pearls and iridescent gems that I coloured using Lost Lagoon. But I think it needed them in the end. I also dropped ink spots on the insert of my card along the using the dauber around the edges of the card and insert. I stamped the clip board for my saying. I think this came up pretty well considering that fact that I didn't know what I was doing. Making it up as I went along.

All the items used in this project can be found in the 2023-24 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. If you would like to know more about this product or would like to purchase them please feel free to contact me via Phone, Email or PM.

Week 17 2023-24 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Cherry Cobbler

Hello and welcome to week 17 of the colour creations blog-hop.  This week we are featuring Cherry Cobbler, this colour is a lovely deep red. it works well with so many different other colours it's hard to say which are the best.  I have used the Supremely Awesome stamp set on page 80 of the 2023-24 Annual Catalogue for my card this week.

I started out with a Cherry Cobbler card base and added a Basic White layer. I then stamped the checkered stamp panel 3 times onto some more Basic white, lining it up as I went. cutting this out I added this to the front of the card. I then stamped the small Pizza pieces along the to and bottom and coloured them in. After I stamped the chief and hand cut him out. I used the die from the He's all that bundle for my sentiment as the scalloped edge looked like a pizza crust. colouring the crust with Pumpkin Pie.

But when you open the card you have this lovely Pop Up.

I stamped the larger pizza pieces onto some more white and coloured them and place them around the edge of the tray. This card you have to write your message on the left-hand side.

I love the way this slides to fold flat for posting. All the items is this project can be found in the 2023-24 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue. I know I am going to get a ton of use out of this set. All of the checkered and word stamping are done in Cherry Cobbler. If you would like to know more about this fancy fold or the product used please feel free to contact me via email, phone or PM.

Week 16 2023-24 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Calypso Coral

Hello and welcome to week 16 of the colour creations Blog-Hop. This week our feature colour is called Calypso Coral. It's another of the rusty colours but a little lighter then last weeks Cajun Craze. Again its a colour I like very much and is really good for male card. So I have made another male card this week.

I wanted to use one of the Online Exclusive set so I have used the lovely Along for the Ride Bundle. This comes with a love punch for the truck. So I started with a Calypso Coral card base and then taking a Basic White piece of card I embossed using the Metal Plate 3D Folder. I also did the same for the next from layers. I used me Water Painters to splash Calypso Coral ink over the 2 pieces of Basic white to add so interest to the white sections. I stamped my Trucks in Copper Clay for the outline and Calypso Coral for the truck colour. Punching out 3 in total. I then added dimensionals to the trucks as well and the centre front panel. My words are from the Sending Sunshine Bundle.

I didn't add another embellishments to the front of the card as I thought the splashes was enough.

My insert was just another Basic White layer that I stamped the truck moving along the bottom. Added flowers for the rear of one of the truck. Again I stamped with the same colours as the front of the card.    All the items used in the project can be found in the 23-24 Annual Catalogue and the Online Exclusive folder. Just remember the online exclusives are while stocks last. If you would like to know more about these products please feel free to contact me via Phone email or PM.

Week 15 2023-24 Colour Creations Blog-Hop - Cajun Craze

Hello and welcome to week 15 of the colour creations Blog-Hop, this week we are featuring the colour called Cajun Craze. This is a lovely bright rusty colour and really is a colour I like. So I wanted to make a male card and another of my Fancy folds. This one being a Multi Fold card.

Another 7x5inch card (17.8 x 12.7cm) So looking for something male I used the DSP called Delightfully Eclectic and I thought these look like Pretzels and would go really well with the Brewed for You bundle.  So I started with a Petal Pink Card base. I then added the Cajun Craze and pretzel layers to each section of the card. I Stamped the beer steins and glasses as well as the froth. I used the Cajun Craze ink to full the glasses so that it looked like ale. I attached them to the front of the card using dimensionals. Stamping the sentiment from the same set I punched out layers using the Happy Labels Pick a Punch. and finishing off the front with one of the 2023-25 in Colour Dots.

I added writing panels to the back of the card and stamped some more steins and the Oh Ale Yes. This card will fold flat for posting and I think that if I had made it smaller it would have lost something along the way.  All the items used in this project are in the 2023-24 Annual Stampin' Up! Catalogue. If you would like to know more about these product or the card it's self, please feel free to contact me either by email, Phone or PM so that I can help you.

Week 14 2023-34 Colour Creations Blog-hop - Blueberry Bushel

Hello and welcome to week 14 of the colour creations Blog-Hop. This week our feature colour is another returning colour called Blueberry Bushel. I love this blue it's so vibrant. I have chosen another Fancy Fold for you all and I love how this fold turned out.

It's called a Box in a Box card and it measures 7 x 5 inches (17.8 x 12.7cm), and it lays flat for posting. So I started with a Blueberry Bushel base and added Lemon Lolly for my layer and the Bright and Beautiful DSP.  Adding the Balloons from the same bundle. I also added the lovely Happy Birthday from the Wanted to Say die set.

I wanted the Happy Birthday to stand up and really pop so I added small pieces of card to the back and placed it above the inner boxes diamond shape section. I think it really does work good on this design.

As you can see on in the picture above. I finished off the front of the card with iridescent Rhinestones on the balloons.

I added a writing panel to the back of the card so that I had a place to write my message. All the items used in this project can be found in the 2023-24 Annual Catalogue. If you would like to know more about these product or the fancy fold please feel free to contact me via email, phone or PM.
